We provide individual, couples, and family therapy from a faith-based perspective tailored to complement your individual beliefs. Biblical principles, scripture, and prayer are typically key components in the progression of the counseling process. Our clinical concentrations include sexual assault, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. We have also worked extensively with couples, biological and blended families, and children, including attention-deficit and disruptive behavior disorders.

With the problems and troubles in today's world, the need for Christian counseling has never been greater!  Sometimes the most difficult part of seeking help is making the first phone call.  However, making that call will start you on your way to positive change, improvement in your quality of life and level of functioning, and an enhanced capacity for self-understanding and expression.  Counseling can help you deal with emotional trauma, resolve blocks to intimacy and creativity, cope with crisis and treat mood and anxiety disorders.

Christian counseling involves the integration of Biblical values, truths and principles with the theory, research and techniques offered by the field of psychology.  Psychological research and theory are evaluated, understood and balanced by the scriptures.  Christian counseling offers a unique approach to personal, emotional and relational difficulties where both spiritual growth and the resolution of presenting difficulties are pursued.

Our mission is to offer quality professional mental health services (therapy, assessment, teaching and training) in a manner which fosters greater personal integrity and maturity in the lives of individuals, as well as healing and deepened intimacy within marriages, families, churches, and the community at large.  We recognize the Bible as the standard for truth against which professional and personal values, psychological research/theory, and therapeutic techniques are measured.  We respect the unique experience, beliefs and Biblical world-view of each individual.
